Weight Training For Pole Dancers

Wondering what exercises to do to supplement your pole practice? Designed specifically for pole dancers, this program provides three, dumbbell-only workouts (via PDF, and a short video tutorial showing proper exercise form. You’ll need a set of light dumbbells (5-15lbs)

Mini- Mobility Upper Body

This two-video, follow along set includes one workout for neck and shoulder mobility and one for mobility in the chest and thoracic spine. You will need yoga blocks, a foam roller, and a mobility penny (or lacrosse ball).

Mini- Mobility Lower Body

$29.00

This two-video, follow along set includes one workout for hip mobility and one for mobility in the legs and feet. You will need a foam roller, yoga blocks and a light to medium mini band.

Custom Programming & Coaching:

Achieve your fitness and pole goals with custom, 1:1 programming. Reach your goals faster with customized weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training and much more!

Choose either a custom program alone, or one of the Concierge Coaching packages below and get started on your goals today.

Program Only (No coaching support)

Investment starts at $299 and varies based on the scope of programming. This option provides basic support. Plans can be revised periodically starting at $149.

Concierge Coaching

This option provides custom programming, plus structured check-ins every 2 weeks allowing for personalized adjustments based on performance, recovery, and goals. Regular check ins ensure your training evolves with your progress both on and off the pole.

- 6 Week Option: Investment- $525 (Plan plus 3 check ins)

-12-Week Option: Investment-$725 (Plan plus 6 check ins)
